Hee Il,

this could have two different causes.  It could be that you did not  
update the flesh (and re-configure), so that the low-level system  
timers are not recognised.  It could also be that your system does not  
have any system timers which Carpet knows.  Can you update the flesh  
and reconfigure, and if things still don't work, send us the auto- 
generated file cctk_Config.h?
