I'm hoping that some of the real Whisky experts can also add here.
The prolongation type of the variable group whisky_cons_scalar_var is
set by the parameter Whisky_Prolongation_Type. This is set to ENO by
default, I believe. Next to the disabled "TVD" setting I read "does
not work well; and it is no longer supported in carpet". I assume
that Carpet lost support for TVD prolongation operators, hence your
error message. You can probably set the prolongation type to ENO or
WENO instead.
It may be that your parameter file is already setting the prolongation
type.
