[Carpet] erros with intel 10.1

Dear Hee Il,

you describe two distinct problems, and none of them has to do with a 
specific Intel compiler version, I'm sure.

Yes, CarpetIOHDF5 also requires a capability HDF5 which is provided by 
thorn CactusExternal/HDF5 (available via cvs -d 
:pserver:cvs_anon at cvs.cactuscode.org:/cactusdevcvs co 
CactusExternal/HDF5). Please include that thorn in your thornlist.

This problem is probably related to CarpetIOASCII and an old version of 
the flesh. Please update your flesh and try again. Note that you should 
be using the development version of the flesh and all Cactus thorns.
