[Carpet] erros with intel 10.1

Hi,

I encountered the following errors  with Intel compiler 10.1 and old
development version of Carpet. And when I tried to use the latest version of
Carpet,  it requires HDF related thorns. I only used CarpetIOHDF5. Do I need
anything more to use HDF5? I'm using hdf5-1.6.5.
