[Carpet] erros with intel 10.1 (solved ^^)

Hi,
I didn't know that CactusExternal/HDF5 should be added in the thornlist for
the latest Carpet version. Now everything seems to be ok with the latest
version. I don't know the c++ problem with the old version but I think I
don't have to cling to it anymore.
