[Carpet] erros with intel 10.1

This error also occurs on my old cluster with Intel 9.1 on which had no
problems before. The building Carpet also failed on ppc linux system here
and eric at LSU. All this machines have the same version of Carpet. So, it
might be caused by my mistake. But I don't remember I did something special
on Carpet after the last successful builds. I don't have the solution for
the HDF5 problem with the lastest Carpet yet. Any good ideas?
