[Carpet] extension of 0D_output ?

The reason is that the coordinates are listed between the two dots.
1D output has 1 coordinate between the dots, 2D output has 2
coordinates. This looks like variable.x.asc or variable.yz.asc. 0D
output has two dots next to each other -- there is no particular
reason for that.
