[Carpet] carpetadaptiveregrid: unclipped and small grid ?

Hi,

I'm testing CarpetAdaptiveRegrid thorn. If i make a run with AMR1.par, it is
aborted with "The grid is unclipped and too small?" This happens because the
grid width is smaller than min_width? I can make the run longer by changing
the parameters such as min_width, # of cpus but of course this can't be a
solution.
