[Carpet] Error in gpu timing information

As Peter Diener pointed out to me, Carpet contained an error in its
calculations of the "grid point updates per second" numbers. Instead
of ignoring the ghost zones, they were counted twice, leading to
inflated timing numbers. I have corrected this error in the both the
stable and the development versions of Carpet. Do not be alarmed
when you see the gpu values decrease sharply.

Incidentally, this brings the gpu numbers of mesh refinement
simulations (with their many ghost zones) and multi-patch simulations
much closer together.

The "physical time per hour" values are not affected.

When you interpret the gpu numbers, note that these are different for
each processor. They are not a property of the simulation. If you
want to compare two different simulations, then you have to sum up
all gpu numbers. Alternatively, you can use the "physical time per
hour" values.
