[Carpet] Darcs access changed

If you did not read the previous, long email, then please issue the  
commands

	cd carpet
	darcs pull http://www.carpetcode.org/~darcs/carpet-stable-3

before any other "darcs pull" commands.  Otherwise you will end up  
with an unstable version of Carpet.  For details, read the previous,  
long email.

If you did read the previous, long email, then ignore these  
instructions.
