[Carpet] recovering grid structure from checkpoint

I'm not sure.
Judging from the normal stdout/stderr logs of the two runs: yes.
Running it with 'Carpet::verbose = 1' gives differences in the output 
(see attached logdiff.verbose) because the recomposing (which also 
outputs the grid structure) is done only once at the very beginning for 
the run which recovers the grid structure from the checkpoint. The same 
happens when the grid structure is reported into a file (also attached).
