While Luca has prepared a useful example for our documentation,
Thomas Radke is my main co-author on this documentation, and I would
not want to see his contribution go un-recognized. In particular,
Thomas and I have worked together over a period of several months to
try to understand how Carpet scheduling works, and he did the key
reverse-engineering of the Carpet source code to obtain figure 5
(the uber-figure on "how Carpet uses the Berger-Oliger algorithm to
sequence through schedule bins and grids") in the documentation.
