[Carpet] CarpetIOHDF5 testsuites are broken

indeed I have missed by one patch. But I was close!

The offending patch is the previous one and it reads:

Mon May  8 21:46:21 CEST 2006  Erik Schnetter <schnetter at cct.lsu.edu>
   * CarpetIOHDF5: Add test case for grid structure recovery

which changed the checkpoint file from which also the old testsuite 
recovered without changing the testuite results.

Even when the testsuite is run with a completely up-to-date carpet and 
the checkpoint file from before the above patch, the testsuite passes 
(excpet for formatting differences in the 1D output files).

Erik, can you fix this problems and can you check that similar problems 
do not apply to other related testsuite failures?
