Almost.  Forgot to add and commit them.  I found the output files in  
the first stable version of Carpet, produced in 2004.  Amazing.

Of course, the old test cases used IOBasic instead of CarpetIOBasic,  
and these days IOBasic does not work with Carpet any more since it  
uses the new reduction interface.  So the old output isn't very  
useful any more, except for archaeology.

Yes.

I have updated the test cases, but they produce now nans with the  
development version of Carpet.  I'll have a look.
