[Carpet] Carpet::checksum_timelevels

Just to make the statement more precise:  I could get the same assertion 
failure using the minimal-lenght parfile

ActiveThorns="IOUtil Carpet CarpetLib Boundary CartGrid3D CoordBase SymBase "
Carpet::checksum_timelevels=yes
