[Carpet] [Developers] carpet2 : recombine 1d, 2d data files

ok
probably it works
but in this way the data are bigger and in some region double ( overlaps )
because
in all the checkpoints i started again from a previous time
I am asking if there is "cleaner way" to recombine files ...
