How much memory does the machine have, and how much did you use?
For the record: The error message that Ryoji sees is
ERROR: 0031-161 EOF on socket connection with node l1f1n06.
This may point to a hardware problem in a node.
Does one of the nodes shut down? Who administers these nodes? Did
you talk to them, and show them this error message? How many nodes
and which nodes did you use? What machine was this?
