Oh!  I hadn't realised CCTK_SyncGroup() was a global synchronous operation.
(In hindsight, I can see why it is, but it didn't occur to me when
writing my call on it.)

The Cactus Reference Manual entry for CCTK_SyncGroup() makes no mention
of this fact.  I'll fix that...
