[Carpet] CCTK_{ORIGIN, DELTA}_SPACE() not set when entering local mode

I tried this, but the patch doesn't seem to apply (the patch program
contains that each hunk fails).  I tried all 3 of
   572  7:52    patch < ~/spool/CartGrid3D-multipatch.diff
   573  7:53    patch -p0 < ~/spool/CartGrid3D-multipatch.diff
   574  7:54    patch -p3 < ~/spool/CartGrid3D-multipatch.diff
with failures like
% patch -p3 < ~/spool/CartGrid3D-multipatch.diff
Hmm...  Looks like a unified diff to me...

Maybe I'm doing something silly with the patch program.   But in the
meantime, could you send me a .tar.gz of your patched CartGrid3D instead?
