[Carpet] CCTK_{ORIGIN, DELTA}_SPACE() not set when entering local mode

In order to make sure that we speak about the same problem, can you
try a fresh CVS checkout plus the attached patch? This patch undoes
a recent "correction" of mine, but keeps the different-grid-spacings-
on-different-patches feature. I put "correction" in quotes because
it apparently doesn't work together with said new feature. (This
correction consists of handling a case which David Fiske encounters
in his work, but does not concern Carpet, namely a simulation where
the whole coarse grid is covered by finer grids and where there is no
subcycling in time.)
This restores CartGrid3D to the state it had about one month ago,
plus the recently approved patch to handle different grid spacings on
different patches.
