[Carpet] CCTK_{ORIGIN, DELTA}_SPACE() not set when entering local mode

Yup, my test thorn works fine (CCTK_{ORIGIN,DELTA}_SPACE() are defined
for all patches/maps) with a CartGrid3D from 1.May.2006 (= before the
recent changes).
