[Carpet] problem with a par file

Hi,
 	I have a problem I cannot understand. When Carpet starts to set 
the initial data on the first refinement level I receive the following 
info:

The problem is that my refinement levels are the following ones:

So I don't understand where Carpet has taken the info reported above.

The par file I'm using is the same I have used in a previous run (without 
any problem) and I don't remember to have seen the INFO for CartGrid3D for 
all the refinement levels, but only for the level 0.

I have attached the stdout, stderr and the par file (I'm sending you the 
one generated automatically by the run). I'm using the development version 
of cactus and carpet, both updated.
