[Carpet] Recovering the grid structure

Hi Ryoji,
could you narrow the problem down a bit? Does it
appear during regridding? Does the memory usage of your
processes increase with time? Can you reproduce the problem
with a small run that can be performed on a laptop
for debugging purposes. Do you see the problem on
santaka or on cobalt as well? Is it there on peyote?
