[Carpet] problems applying RotatingSymmetry90 when both CCTK_INT and CCTK_REAL gridfns are present

Thanks for the quick responce!  As a short-term workaround, I can
make this grid function CCTK_REAL.  (And maybe we should document that
RotatingSymmetry{90,180} fail if there are gridfns of non-CCTK_REAL types.)

In the longer term, you're right, a wrapper which splits off the
different data types would be a good solution.
