[Carpet] CarpetIOHDF5 testsuites are broken

Hi,

Luca seems to have some trouble with the new 
'Carpet::regrid_during_recovery' feature: when he turns this off, he 
gets different results after recovery even though the grid structure has 
been read from the checkpoint. While trying to reproduce his problem 
with a simple test case I've found that the recovery testsuites in 
CarpetIOHDF5 are broken, including the new testsuite which is supposed 
to do the same thing Luca does.
Erik, when you pushed this testsuite in May, was it passing for you ? I 
had to unpull all patches up to "CarpetLib: Do not restrict to points 
they are used for boundary prolongation" from 26 February in order to 
get the other two testsuites passing again.

I'm not sure if the testsuites are currently broken because of a bug 
somewhere in Carpet or because the testsuite output files are not 
up-to-date. Could someone verify this ?
