[Carpet] cctk_{origin, delta}_space not set properly in singlemap mode

With your latest CartGrid3D commits (schedule.ccl version 1.18 and
src/CartGrid3D.c version 1.56) both my test thorn and my actual physics
code work fine again.  Thanks a lot for fixing this!

Would it be worth putting my test thorn into a Carpet test suite,
or maybe putting similar functionality into the  CarpetTest  thorn,
so that in the future, we can catch any similar problems immediately?
