This was an error in CartGrid3D setting up the coordinate ranges. I
had improved the routine CartGrid3D_SetRanges to be cleaner, but this
does not work for multi-block systems. This was necessary because
David Fiske's new AMR-driver did not work correctly with the old
version of CartGrid3D.

I have now essentially undone my previous changes to CartGrid3D. I'm
sorry about this forth-and-back -- maybe I did not see this problem
with multi-block simulations because we now derive our grid structure
and coordinates from thorn MultiPatch directly, without specifying it
via CartGrid3D or CoordBase.

The current version should re-instate the old behaviour. I think
this is justified because there are currently presumably more multi-
block users than users of Parca. I have an idea for how to make this
work with Parca; I'll discuss this on the Parca mailing list.
