[Carpet] cctk_{origin, delta}_space not set properly in singlemap mode

I did a fresh checkout by mv-ing my old one, then following the
instructions at
  http://www.carpetcode.org/get-carpet-darcs.html
which said to do
  darcs get darcs at cvs.carpetcode.org:/home/darcs/carpet
and then symlink as usual (which I did).
