[Carpet] direction of mglevel?

Hi, Erik,

A question for Thomas's and my Carpet documentation-under-construction:

In Carpet, I believe that the directionality of  reflevel  is implicitly
assumed to always be that ++reflevel means to make the grid finer.

But what about mglevel: does ++mglevel mean to make the grid finer or
coarser?  Does Carpet have an implicit assumption for this?
