[Carpet] hdf5toascii_slicer

When building the utilities, I receive the error message:

make[1]: *** No rule to make target `/home/eschnett/nightly-cactus- 
builds/build-catbert-2006-08-14/Cactus/exe/einstein/ 
hdf5toascii_slicer', needed by `utils'.  Stop.
make: *** [einstein-utils] Error 2

I think this is because of CarpetIOHDF5, which wants to build this  
tool, but has not rules for it.
