[Carpet] has anyone compiled CarpetRegrid with gcc 4.1.1?

Jonathan,

1) I just compiled Carpet with the gcc 4.1.0 on Peyote, with today's
   checkout.  I have also recently used the pre-release 4.2.0.

2) See /opt/gcc/4.1.0
